Q. How much does it cost to be a Platinum Access Society member?: Platinum Access Society members pay $40.00 per month, or $480.00 annually. Membership is billed on a recurring basis. Membership typically pays for itself with the time and money saved after only a couple of uses.
Q: What benefits do I receive as a PAS member?: Platinum Access Society provides a 24/7 Personal Assistant along with access and benefits for dining, retail establishments, professional services and special events. The membership also includes access to personal and business services in finance, conferencing, medical benefits.
Q: How do I become a Platinum Access Society member?: You can become a Platinum Access Society member by signing up online or you can call us directly at 1-877-3-SOCIETY (1-877-376-2438). We will gladly assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q. When will I receive my PAScard?: You will receive your PAScard within 7 to 10 business days and can use your 24/7 VIP Personal Assistant Service within minutes.
Q. When can I use the PAS Personal Assistant?: PAS Personal Assistant is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are only a call away to get Anything, Anywhere, Anytime!
Q: What if I run out of my included 20 monthly PAS Personal Assistant minutes?: In the event that you go over your included 20 monthly minutes, additional "overage" minutes may be purchased. Whatever minutes are not used in one particular month, the difference of those minutes will automatically move to the next month as credit.
• 50 additional overage minutes for $45.00
• 100 additional overage minutes for $80.00
These additional overage minutes may be used anytime that you go over your included monthly minutes as long as you are a current PAS member.
Q: How do I find PAS Services and Establishments?: You can find a complete list of participating PAS establishments and locations under the "Establishments" button on our website. Click on one of the categories to find a list of services and establishments in your area. If you are a current PAS member, you can also call the PAS Concierge for information on PAS benefits.
Q: Why can't I find a PAS Establishment in my area?: PAS Concierge and 24/7 Personal Assistant Services are available in all 50 states. Platinum Access Society is currently adding services and establishments all over the USA and will be expanding internationally in 2008. If you would like to nominate an establishment, please email us at marketing@myPAScard.com.
Q: I've lost my PAScard, what should I do?: Your lost PAScard will be replaced for a fee of $10.00. Please contact us at 1-877-3-SOCIETY (1-877-376-2438) for assistance.
Q: My total bill at a PAS restaurant was much less by receiving comps etc... due to using my PAS membership card, how much should I tip?: Platinum Access Society provides its members with the finest and most trendy establishments available. Please leave at least 15 to 20% gratuities on the total bill before any comps or deductions.
